La séptima legislatura el Gobierno bipartito comienza a desarrollar una intensa actividad política y legislativa ordinaria de ruptura. El año 2005 esta marcado por las tensiones propias derivadas de la formación de un gobierno de coalición y de la configuración de una fuerte oposición política. Además, debemos incluir a estas tensiones la caída de un líder carismático y la sucesión en su partido.
The seventh legislature, the bipartite Government begins to develop to an intense ordinary political and legislative activity in contrast to the preceding legislatures. The year 2005 was marked by common tensions derived from the formation of a coalition government and the configuration of a strong political opposition. Apart from these reasons, we must also include the fall of a charismatic leader and the succession in his party.
