El autor da cuenta de los principales acontecimientos que, desde el punto de vista del derecho parlamentario han jalonado los períodos de sesiones sexto y séptimo de la VIII Legislatura, correspondientes a los meses transcurridos entre septiembre de 2006 y junio de 2007, en particular en lo relativo a la vida de los Grupos parlamentarios y el ejercicio de sus funciones legislativa, de control y de autorización, con particular incidencia en el control de la televisión pública estatal y en las relaciones con el Defensor del Pueblo.
The author gives an account of the major events that from the viewpoint of parliamentary law have marked the sixth and seventh sessions of the Eighth Legislature, corresponding to the period between September 2006 and June 2007, in particular concerning the lives of the parliamentary groups and the exercise of its legislative functions, control and authority, particularly in the control of state-run television and in relations with the Ombudsman.
