En la presente crónica se da cuenta de las Sentencias del Tribunal Constitucional alemán que presentan un mayor interés desde el punto de vista de nuestra disciplina, entre ellas, la que declara constitucional la implantación en Berlín de la asignatura de ética como materia evaluable y no sustituible por la de religión. Asimismo, nos referimos a la segunda fase de la reforma del Estado federal, que afecta ahora a la trascendental cuestión de la financiación. En cuanto al Derecho electoral, se recoge la actual discusión sobre la reforma del mismo en torno a las propuestas planteadas por la Comisión constituida con la finalidad de dar forma al cambio legal. Por último, se hace referencia al papel desempeñado en este tiempo por Alemania en el ámbito internacional, muy especialmente desde la Presidencia de la UE.

This chronicle describes the Judgments of the German Constitutional Court which have a greater interest from the point of view of our discipline, including the constitutional implantation in Berlin of the subject of ethics as an evaluable subject and not replaceable by religion. Also, we refer to the second phase of reforming the federal state, which now affects the critical question of funding. As for the electoral law, reflects the current discussion on its reform on the proposals raised by the Commission acting with the aim of shaping the legal change. Finally, reference is made to the role played by Germany at this time in the international arena, especially since the EU presidency.
