La presente crónica realiza un análisis político y jurídico de la producción legislativa de la Comunidad Autónoma del País Vasco durante el año 2007. Además, se examina la conflictividad entre Administraciones, desde la perspectiva de la jurisprudencia del Tribunal Constitucional. Por último, se abordan las difíciles relaciones entre el Gobierno Vasco y el poder judicial y las nuevas aspiraciones secesionistas planteadas por el nacionalismo en sede institucional.
The present chronicle is a political and juridical analysis of the legislative production of the Autonomous Community of the Basque Country during the year 2007. In addition, is examined the conflict between Administrations, from the perspective of the jurisprudence of the Constitutional Court. Finally, are analyzed the difficult relations between the regional Government and the judicial power and the new secessionist aspirations raised by the nationalism in the institutions of the Autonomous Community.
