Circunstancias sociales y culturales en las que tiene lugar la creación del Instituto Nacional de Previsión

Se han cumplido cien años desde la creación del Instituto Nacional de Previsión. El acontecimiento se estudia en relación con las circunstancias culturales del momento, analizando las tendencias prevalentes en el terreno de las bellas artes y en el de las fiestas que entretenían a una población pobre y analfabeta en su mayoría en la primera década del siglo XX. Sin embargo, se trata de un período temporal de extraordinaria importancia porque en él se sientan las bases para una transformación profunda de lo español.

Has been fulfilled one hundred years since the creation in Spain of the National Institut of Social Insurance. The author has been set at the historical circumstances of the people who directs. All of this is directed toward cultural and political landscape, analyzing trends prevailing in Spain of Fine Arts and the feasts and entertainment of the Spanish people in the first decade of the twentieth century. It concludes that Spanish society of that time was poor and largely illiterate. But in this decade are the foundation of most prodigious change that through a historical questioning of everything Spanish, has turned Spain into a country very different from the beginning of the twentieth century.
