8. 17. 11, donde el emperador concede prioridad a las hipotecas documentadas en instrumentum publice confectum frente a las recogidas en instrumentum privatum, aunque sea de fecha posterior.
The object of this investigation is to analyze the Constitution of Leo I, enacted 1 july 472 and stipulated in C. J.
8. 17. 11, in which the emperor granted priority to the nortgages written in instrumentum publice confectum opposite to those provided in instrumentum privatum, although they are lates.
