El trabajo autónomo. Una forma de empleo para los jóvenes en Cuba

Las reformas económicas en los años 90 (del sector turístico, apertura a la inversión extranjera y a las remesas, legalización de cuentapropistas, creación de Unidades Básicas de Producción Cooperativa, reforma monetaria) ejecutadas en el “período especial”, no pudieron devolver a la sociedad cubana el nivel de vida que existía en el campo socialista, cuando la dependencia económica con la Unión Soviética llegó a un 85% en el pasado siglo. El ejercicio del Trabajo Autónomo, aperturado tiene como problema ¿Cuáles son los factores que afectan negativamente en el correcto desarrollo de las normas que regulan el ejercicio del Trabajo por Cuenta Propia, e incurren en que los jóvenes no aprecien esta actividad como una opción de empleo? A partir de fundamentar un estudio teórico-exegético y comparado, que permita los cambios que deben operarse en las disposiciones jurídicas normativas reguladoras del ejercicio del Trabajo por Cuenta hacia la motivación e incremento del acceso de los jóvenes a esta opción de empleo. Para ello se utilizan los métodos histórico-jurídico, exegético-jurídico, histórico-lógico y el de análisis-síntesis.
