Derecho y religión en Turquía
En este trabajo se hace referencia a la evolución política y religiosa turca desde la época del Imperio otomano hasta la actualidad. Se analiza el marco jurídico actual, los problemas que plantea desde la perspectiva de la libertad religiosa y se finaliza con unas conclusiones donde se reflejan una serie de retos pendientes en esta materia.
This paper focuses on the Turkish political and religious developments from the time of the Ottoman Empire until nowadays. It analyzes the current legal framework, the problems related to the free exercise of religion and, finally, some conclusions are given in which a number of challenges in this area are reflected.
