El contrato a tiempo parcial. Los vaivenes en la protección social

El presente estudio aborda la protección social de los trabajadores a tiempo parcial en su conjunto, desde la óptica laboral como de seguridad social, con especial referencia a los aspectos más conflictivos en el ámbito de la Seguridad Social tras los artículos 245 y siguientes del RDL 8/2015, nuevo texto refundido de la LGSS principalmente se hace hincapié en los desajustes existentes entre el trabajo a tiempo parcial y el trabajo a tiempo completo en el acceso y cuantía de las prestaciones de Seguridad Social y, cuya mejora en la protección y mayor homogeneidad se puede alcanzar a través del principio de asimilación que recoge el artículo 245 LGSS.
