En este trabajo se contienen referencias a distintas instituciones del derecho matrimonial español del siglo XVIII a través de los entremeses de Cervantes, prestando atención a la libertad de contraer matrimonio, al impedimento de orden y el divorcio, entre otras instituciones.
This paper makes references to various institutions of the Spanish marriage law of the eighteenth century through the interludes of Cervantes. It focuses on the freedom to marry, impediment of sacred orders, divorce, reconciliation among other institutions.
