Iglesia-Estado en la España de hoy
Este trabajo analiza las relaciones entre Iglesia Católica y Estado en las legislaturas VIII (2004 - 2008) y IX (2008-diciembre 2011), presididas por Rodríguez Zapatero, y la recién iniciada X, presidida por Mariano Rajoy. Al hilo de los hechos históricos se reflexiona sobre esas dos modalidades de laicidad que son la laicidad positiva y la laicidad de combate.
This paper analyses the Church-State relations in Spain during the VIII (2004-2008) IX (2008-december 2011) (both presided by Rodriguez Zapatero) and the X Legislature (presided by Mariano Rajoy). Bearing in mind the historical facts, this contribution considers the different models of religious neutrality that was applied during these periods: a positive and an hostile neutrality.
