Castilla y León (2006)

Repaso a la actualidad constitucional y política en la Comunidad de Castilla y León en la que destaca la reforma del Estatuto de Autonomía. Asimismo, se contiene un análisis de la actividad normativa y una breve crónica parlamentaria, con referencia a los principales debates políticos del año. También hay un resumen de la actividad de la Junta de Castilla y León y de otros órganos de la Comunidad. En el apartado de conflictividad se destacan las más importantes decisiones judiciales del período examinado y la evolución de los conflictos institucionales y jurídicos que permanecen abiertos. Review to the constitutional and political present time in the Community of Castilla y León in which it emphasizes the reform of the Statute of Autonomy. Also, it is contained an analysis of the normative activity and a brief parliamentary chronicle, in reference to the main political debates of the year. Also there is a summary of the activity of the Government of Castilla y León and other institutions of the Community. In the conflicts section stand out the most important judicial decisions of the examined period and the evolution of the institutional and legal conflicts that remain open. The chronicle finalizes with a reference to the main bibliographical new features of interest.
