Aragón (2006)

La presente crónica da cuenta de lo acaecido en la Comunidad Autónoma de Aragón durante el año 2006, con especial atención a la Propuesta de reforma de la Ley orgánica 8/1982, de 10 de agosto, de Estatuto de Autonomía de Aragón, modificada por la Ley orgánica 6/1994, de 24 de marzo, y por la Ley orgánica 5/1996, de 30 de diciembre, que fue aprobada por el Pleno de las Cortes de Aragón el día 21 de junio de 2006 y presentada al Congreso de los Diputados el 26 de junio. También describe los principales cambios ocurridos a lo largo del año en las instituciones aragonesas, así como su actividad, primordialmente de naturaleza legislativa. En este sentido, la crónica comenta, dada su relevancia, las Leyes 7/2006, de 22 de junio, de protección ambiental de Aragón, 13/2006, de 27 de diciembre, de Derecho de la Persona y 16/2006, de 28 de diciembre, de Protección y Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios de Aragón.

The present chronicle gives account of the happened thing in the Independent Community of Aragon during year 2006, with special attention to the Proposal of reform of Statutory law 8/1982, of 10 of August, of Statute of Autonomy of Aragon, modified by Statutory law 6/1994, of 24 of March, and by Statutory law 5/1996, of 30 of December, that was approved by the Plenary session of Cortes de Aragon the 21 of June of 2006 and displayed to the Congress of the Deputies the 26 of June. Also it describes the main changes happened throughout the year in the Aragonese institutions, as well as their activity, fundamentally of legislative nature. In this sense, the chronicle comments, given its relevance, Laws 7/2006, of 22 of June, about environmental protection of Aragon, 13/2006, of 27 of December, about Right of Person and 16/2006, of 28 of December, about Protection and Defense of the Consumers and Users of Aragon.
