Las asignaturas del área de Derecho constitucional en el grado en derecho de la universidad de Zaragoza

Este trabajo tiene como objeto presentar cuáles son las asignaturas –y cuáles su situación y características concretas– pertenecientes al Área de Derecho Constitucional en el Grado en Derecho de la Universidad de Zaragoza. Tiene, por lo tanto, una finalidad fundamentalmente descriptiva, a partir del contenido de sus Guías Docentes, encaminada a que profesores de Derecho Constitucional de otras Universidades conozcan cuál es la posición de la disciplina en la zaragozana Facultad de Derecho, siguiendo la línea que otros colegas han puesto en práctica en las páginas de esta misma Revista. El carácter descriptivo no rehuirá, no obstante, algunas valoraciones –que serán recogidas en las Conclusiones–.

This study aims to present which are the subjects –and its situation and specific characteristics– belonging to the Constitutional Law Area in the Law Degree of the University of Zaragoza. It have, therefore, a mainly descriptive purpose, from the content of the Teaching Guides, aimed at teachers of Constitutional Law of other Universities in order to know the position of the discipline at the Faculty of Law of Zaragoza, in the same way that other colleagues have put in practice in the pages of this Journal. The descriptive character will not refuse, however, some comments –which will be included in the Conclusions–.
