La investidura del Presidente del Gobierno y las similitudes y diferencias de las investiduras de los Presidentes de los ejecutivos autonómicos

El inicio de la XI Legislatura caracterizada por la fragmentación en la composición del Congreso de los Diputados ha puesto de manifiesto algunas lagunas en el proceso de investidura del Presidente del Gobierno. Así, en la presente publicación se estudian las fases que sigue el proceso de investidura del Presidente del Gobierno que se regula en el artículo 99 de la Constitución, así como se realiza una comparación con las fases de los procesos de investidura de los Presidentes de los ejecutivos autonómicos, que aunque presentan marcada similitudes con el procedimiento previsto en la Constitución también presentan algunas diferencias.

The starts of the XI Legislature distinguish of the fragmentation in the composition of the Congress have highlighted some gaps in the process of investiture of the President government. Thus, in this publication we study the investiture of the President, which is regulated in article 99 of the Constitution, and a comparison on the stages of the process of approving the Presidents of the regional executives although there are marked similarities with the procedure laid down in the Constitution, they also have some differences.
