La regulación del mercado de reutilización de sentencias
A lo largo del presente trabajo vamos a realizar un estudio relacionado con la regulación del mercado de reutilización de las Sentencias y otras resoluciones judiciales. Tratándose de un problema relacionado con el incipiente mercado de reutilización de la información del sector público, nos encontramos ante una realidad singular –así reconocida en la propia normativa- que precisa de un estudio con el que tratar de clarificar su significado, alcance y organismo competente para su oportuna regulación.
Throughout this paper we will conduct a study concerning the market regulation of the reuse of judicial rulings and other judicial documents for professional and educational purposes. Being an issue related to the emerging market of the reuse of public sector information, we are faced with a singular fact -well recognized in the legislation itself-, which requires a study to try to clarify its meaning, scope and jurisdiction for appropriate regulation.
