El presente estudio tiene por objeto analizar la terminología utilizada por las fuentes jurídicas romanas, especialmente la Compilación de Justiniano, para describir los gastos y costas que los litigantes vienen obligados a desembolsar en el proceso civil romano.
The purpose of the present investigation is to analyze the terminology used in the juridical roman sources, specially the Iustinian’s Compilation, which describes the costs that the litigants should pay in the civil roman procedure.
