El recurso a los testimonia divina en la retórica latina de Cicerón y Quintiliano
El trabajo que presentamos en este artículo tiene por finalidad el estudio de un medio de prueba judicial peculiar: los testimonia divina; y ello desde la praxis judicial como retórica. Hemos abordado el tema tanto desde la óptica histórica y filosófica como desde la sistemática y uso de tales pruebas.
The work presented in this paper aims to analyze a particular form of legal evidence: the testimonia divina from the judicial and the rhetoric praxis. We addressed the issue from the historical and philosophical perspective and from the systematic and use of such evidence.
