This article analyzes and relates two sources of law: General Principles of Law (GPL) and the Rules of the International Ski Federation, as a recognized body of customary law. Furthermore, it analyzes the way the ISF Decalogue has been drawn up and it offers an interpretation of its first seven rules in light of two GPL.
