Sobre los conceptos praeda, manubiae y spolium durante la República
El presente trabajo tiene por objeto delimitar conceptualmente tres términos del ámbito público romano ajustándose al tenor de las fuentes literarias y que han generado cierta polémica entre la doctrina romanística al intentar perfilar científicamente una precisión conceptual que, quizás, no se produjese en época histórica.
This study aims to define conceptually three terms from public adjusting the tenor Roman literary sources that have generated some controversy between the romanistics trying to outline conceptual scientifically accurate, perhaps, did not occur in historical times.
