El elemento germánico en el moderno constitucionalismo español
El autor plantea en este trabajo la influencia francesa y alemana en el constitucionalismo español del siglo XX, especialmente en la Constitución de 1978. Analiza la influencia krausista y de la Constitución de Weimar, el “espíritu de Postdam” y la Ley Fundamental alemana de 1949 en la Constitución española y las reformas realizadas a la luz de la influencia alemana, incluida alguna corruptela.
The author raises in this work the French and German influence on the Spanish constitutionalism of the 20th century, especially in the 1978 Constitution. It analyzes the influence from the Krausist mouvement and the Weimar Constitution, the "Potsdam spirit" and the German Fundamental Law of 1949 in the Spanish Constitution and the reforms made in the light of the German influence, including some corruption of its doctrine.
