La educación intercultural: estudio jurídico-comparado (España-Latinoamérica)
Este artículo define los conceptos de multiculturalismo y de interculturalidad. Un instrumento esencial para la consolidación de la integración es la educación intercultural. El estudio de las normas españolas sobre la educación intercultural nos permitirá abordar el estudio comparativo de algunos ordenamientos latinoamericanos que han regulado la educación intercultural. El objetivo último de este trabajo es comprobar las diferencias y similitudes existentes entre esas normas jurídicas.
This article defines the multiculturalism and interculturality concepts. An essential instrument for the consolidation of the integration is the intercultural education. The analysis of the Spanish laws on the intercultural education for make a comparative study of some Latin-American legal systems that have regulated intercultural education. The final objective of this work is to check the differences and similarities between these laws.
