¿Unintended consequences de la doctrina de la Dirección General en materia de hipotecas?
Dos Resoluciones recientes de la DGRN en materia hipotecaria pueden tener consecuencias imprevistas en el mercado del crédito, por un lado en relación con el interés ordinario y por otro sobre la unidad de mercado, aunque en este segundo caso se habrá de estar a la futura sentencia del Tribunal Constitucional, al haberse interpuesto el correspondiente recurso contra la norma catalana.
Two recent resolutions of the General Directorate of Registers and Notaries concerning mortgages may have unforeseen consequences in the credit market, as they will have an impact, on one hand on ordinary interest rates and, on the other, on market unity. However, in the second case, as Catalans have appealed against the Catalan rule, we will have to wait for the ruling of the Constitutional Court.
