En España vivimos en la creencia de que los males de nuestro país dependen de la Constitución de 1978 y, en consecuencia, su remedio está en reformar la Constitución. In Spain we live in the belief that the evils of our country are as a result of the 1978 Constitution and as a consequence the remedy is to reform the Constitution. However, the author asks what the reform to our constitution should be? Should it be the Senate? Should the Constitution be abolished or federalised? What about the electoral system and judicial power? In what manner should the reform be carried out? How would it be organised territorially and what model should be adopted? Those who speak daily of reform do not seem to agree on the answers to these questions.
