La extraordinaria expansión de las comunicaciones sociales en el sector del comercio, con las plataformas P2P y el desarrollo de la logística han propiciado la aparición de instrumentos de captación de fondos del público a través de plataformas colectivas, en sectores muy variados, y entre ellos el de la propiedad inmobiliaria. Sin embargo, la regulación legal hasta el momento contempla solo las que buscan intermediar en el sector (PFPs), haciendo dudosa la viabilidad de las destinadas a financiar proyectos propios.
The extraordinary expansion of social communications in the commerce sector, with the P2P platforms and the development of logistics, have led to the emergence of instruments to raise funds from the public through collective platforms, in very varied sectors, among them the real estate property. However, the legal regulation so far contemplates only those that seek to intermediate in the sector (PFPs), making doubtful the feasibility of those destined to finance own projects.
