La fe pública cumple así su misión constitucional de ofrecer un espacio seguro de libertad y justicia.
The article provides a brief overview of the notarial function, highlighting its establishment and adaptation to our Constitution, in the interests of legality and legal security, as a guarantee for the exercise of rights, and particularly those of a fundamental nature. Notarisation thereby fulfils its constitutional task of providing a safe haven for freedom and justice.
