This article describes the mandate of the two Director Generals of Registries appointed by President Rajoy and their excesses in tax matters, in the interests of registry corporatism. To that end, it examines several resolutions on contributions to joint assets, records of alteration of the registry and the withdrawal of commonholders' first refusal.
