Dumping fiscal en el fútbol europeo

La Unión Europea está contribuyendo a armonizar muchos aspectos de la vida de los ciudadanos y de los países de Europa, pero eso no sucede en materia de tributación del fútbol profesional. Ni en cuanto a la actitud de la Administración tributaria ni en cuanto al comportamiento del legislador. España se está convirtiendo, en ambos aspectos, en un “infierno” tributario para los mejores futbolistas del mundo, frente a la actitud de otros países de nuestro entorno como Italia, por ejemplo, donde acaban de adoptarse una serie de medidas tributarias destinadas a atraer a los mejores jugadores, brindándoles un trato fiscal muy beneficioso.
