Desde la OCDE se aboga por introducir modelos de relación cooperativa entre las Administraciones tributarias y los contribuyentes. En España, ello se instrumenta a través de los llamados “Códigos de Buenas Prácticas” que, aunque sin duda bienintencionados, son generadores de no pocas controversias que provocan ciertos recelos a su adhesión.
The OECD is calling for the introduction of models of cooperative relationship between tax administrations and taxpayers. In Spain, this is being implemented through the "Codes of Good Practices" that despite being undoubtedly well-intentioned, have created a number of controversies that have led to some misgivings about adhesion to them.
