Coronavirus y administración de la administración de justicia

El presente artículo reflexiona acerca de los problemas que el reparto competencial en el ámbito de la Administración de Justicia ha supuesto en los días iniciales de la crisis derivada de la propagación del virus COVID-19. Partiendo no solo de la cesión de competencias en materia de administración de la Administración de Justicia, sino también de los diferentes órganos que participan en el gobierno del poder judicial, se pone de manifiesto las disfunciones que habitualmente existen en la prestación del servicio y que, a propósito de la gestión de la crisis, se han mostrado más claramente.

This article examines the problems that the division of powers in the area of the Administration of Justice has posed in the early days of the crisis arising from the spread of the COVID-19 virus. Taking not only from the transfer of powers in the Administration of Justice as its starting point, but also the various bodies involved in the government of the judiciary, it highlights the dysfunctions that are usually found in the provision of the service, and which have become more readily apparent during the management of the crisis.
