Algunas notas sobre el derecho administrativo del turismo: COVID-19
El objetivo de este trabajo es lograr un estudio del complejo marco regulatorio aplicable al sector turístico español, basado en la aparición rápida y violenta del coronavirus (COVID-19). Analiza el grupo normativo actual del hotel, restaurante, transporte turístico y realiza algunas breves consideraciones sobre los arrendamientos turísticos de locales comerciales, gestión de empresas y alojamientos, en un intento por configurar las estructuras legales básicas del sector turístico en España. Ofrece una visión actual de la legislación turística en nuestro país, analizando la normativa de la Unión Europea y la interna, luego de la declaración del estado de alarma, y realiza breves referencias a las empresas de alojamiento, restaurantes, transporte turístico, así como al contrato de alquiler de alojamiento y de empresa turística.
The aim of this paper is to achieve a study of the complex regulatory framework applicable to the spanish tourism sector, based on the rapid and violent emergence of the coronavirus (COVID-19). It analyzes the current normative group of the hotel, restaurant, tourist transport and realize some brief considerations on the tourist leases of business premises, company and accommodation management, in an attempt to configure the basic legal structures of the tourism sector in Spain. It offer a current vision of tourism legislation in our country, analyzing the European Union law and the internal one, after the state of alarm declaration, and realize a brief references to the hospitality companies, restaurant, tourist transport as well as the rental accommodation contract and of tourist company.
