La pandemia y la libertad religiosa en la Argentina: algunas reflexiones
Las respuestas de los gobiernos a la pandemia del COVID 19 han implicado una importante restricción a muchos derechos fundamentales y, entre ellos y en lo que aquí se trata, a la libertad religiosa. En la República Argentina tano las normas nacionales como provinciales han limitado fuertemente y excediendo los límites aceptables tanto la práctica colectiva como individual de la religión, lo que sin embargo no ha provocado una reacción robusta.
The responses of governments to the COVID 19 pandemic have implied a significant restriction on many fundamental rights and, among them and in what is discussed here, religious freedom. In the Argentine Republic, both national and provincial norms have strongly limited and exceeded acceptable limits both the collective and individual practice of religion, which, however, has not provoked a robust reaction.
