La sana crítica como sistema de valoración de la prueba

Como bien es sabido la sana crítica es un sistema de valoración de la prueba contemporáneo dentro del sistema procesales dispositivo; es así que resulta siendo la mejor forma de apreciar la prueba por su misma evolución; pero lo significativo recae en saber si realmente se conoce ¿por qué es el mejor sistema? además será que ¿se sabe de su evolución? asimismo ¿se identifica de que se trata? y ¿se reconoce su importancia y aplicación dentro del proceso?
El anterior cuestionamiento surge toda vez que en el mundo del derecho muchos reconocen este fenómeno jurídico, es decir, saben que existe, pero es identificado de manera muy genérica y no de forma particular, específica y detallada y esto se puede dar, ya que realmente existe poca bibliografía; dicho de otra forma, no se conoce de forma suficiente de que se trata.
Por todo esto es que se abordará este tema dentro del presente escrito desde una perspectiva fundamental.
