XII Congreso Notarial Reflexiones sobre nuestro sistema de seguidad jurídica preventiva

Ante las numerosas modificaciones legislativas y las nuevas competencias que se nos han atribuido, además de los cambios sociales, la celebración del XII Congreso Notarial se revela más necesaria que nunca, porque nos va a permitir a los notarios reflexionar y proponer medidas sobre las necesarias adaptaciones de nuestro sistema de seguridad jurídica preventiva con la finalidad de mejorarlo, partiendo siempre del principio de titulación pública y con trol de legalidad notarial. Sin duda tales adaptaciones afectarán a nuestras relaciones no solo con el Registro de la Propiedad o el Mercantil sino también con otros registros con efectos jurídicos como es el Registro Civil, y otros que no tienen tal carácter. Para su desarrollo el Congreso, tal como ha sido concebido, un congreso abierto, necesita las comunicaciones de los notarios, que son sus protagonistas. In view of the numerous legislative changes and the new powers that have been attributed to notaries, in addition to changes in society, holding the XII Notarial Congress is more necessary than ever, because it will enable notaries to reflect on and propose measures for the adjustments to our preventive legal security system necessary in order to improve it, based on the principle of public registration and notarial oversight of legality. These adjustments will undoubtedly affect our relations not only with the Land Registry Office and the Register of Companies, but also with other registries with legal effects, such as the Civil Registry, and with others that have no such effects.
