Influencia de la Constitución de Estados Unidos de América en el Sistema Federal mexicano

La investigación hace un estudio de la importancia jurídica y política del asentamiento de los colones ingleses en América. Hace referencia, en tal sentid, al proceso de emancipación política de la metrópoli, y analiza la evolución histórica de la organización confederal hacia la forma de Estado federal. Se hace especial énfasis en el establecimiento de un Estado constitucional y, dentro de ese contexto, en la importancia que tiene la Constitución Americana. Del mismo modo, se aborda la influencia del derecho constitucional americano en el sistema federal mexicano, generando la circulacion de dicha institución política. Por último, se hace énfasis en las dificultades históricas que ha tenido México en el establecimiento del sistema federal, así como en sus diferencias con el modelo norteamericano.

The investigation does a study of the legal and political importance of the settlement of the English colonists in America. It refers its process of political emancipation of the metropolis and, analyzes the historic course of the confederal organization toward the form of federal State. The establishment of the constitutional State is emphasized and, inside that context the importance that has the American Constitution. Likewise, the influence of the American constitutional law in the Mexican federal system is commented, what generates a circularity of said political institution. Finally, emphasis is done in the historical difficulties that Mexico had in the establishment of the federal system, as well as its differences with the North American model.
