Gobierno local (Enero 2005-agosto 2006)

Los procesos reformadores puestos en marcha en nuestro país en el ámbito autonómico –reformas estatutarias- y estatal –anteproyecto de Ley básica del Gobierno y la Administración local-, durante los años 2005 y 2006 brindan una oportunidad única para analizar cual es el papel del gobierno local o más correctamente el grado de interiorización y de asunción de la autonomía local por parte del Estado y de las Comunidades Autónomas. En las líneas que siguen se expondrán las principales novedades acontecidas en este ámbito así como una visión retrospectiva en el tiempo que nos permita entender el actual estado de la cuestión.

The reformers processes started up in our country in the scope autonomic - statutory reforms- and state - basic first draft of Law of the Government and the local Administration-, during years 2005 and 2006 offer a unique opportunity to analyze which is the paper of the local government or more correctly the degree of internalization and assumption of the local autonomy on the part of the State and of the Self-Governing Communities. In the next pages the main new features occurred in this scope will be exposed as well as a retrospective vision in the time that allows to understand us the present state of the subject.
