Bienes culturales de titularidad eclesiástica: análisis del ámbito de cooperación autonómica
La protección y conservación de los bienes culturales de titularidad eclesiástica es uno de los ámbitos de cooperación del Estado con la Iglesia Católica más relevantes. En el marco de dicha cooperación, las Comunidades Autónomas han adquirido un protagonismo significativo. El examen de los instrumentos jurídicos que regulan la cooperación autonómica con la Iglesia Católica en materia de patrimonio cultural y el tratamiento de alguno de los temas más controvertidos en dicho ámbito constituyen el objeto del presente trabajo.
The protection of the cultural heritage is an important area in the cooperation between the State and the Catholic Church in Spain. Regional Administration has assumed an important role in this cooperation. The subject of this paper is the analysis of the laws from the Spanish Regional Administration about cultural heritage and some of the issues that have generated debate.
