Este trabajo tiene como objetivo ofrecer una reflexión sobre los conceptos de diversidad religiosa, multiculturalidad religiosa, interculturalidad religiosa, y pluralismo religioso, así como del concepto de cultura por aproximación, y con relación a la libertad religiosa. ¿Son términos sinónimos? ¿Cuál es su significado y su contenido? ¿Son términos compatibles? ¿Por qué la doctrina evita utilizar alguno de ellos? Asimismo se ofrece un análisis de los Tratados de la Unión Europea en busca de estos términos.
The aim of this article is to discuss the concepts of religious diversity, religious multiculturalism, religious interculturality and religious pluralism as well as their relation with the concept of culture and freedom of religion. Are they synonymous concepts? What are their meaning and content? Are they compatible? Why does the literature avoid using some of them? The article also provides an analysis of the Treaties of the European Union and the use of de above concepts.
