La competencia autonómica en materia de profesiones del deporte: la Ley 1/2015, de 23 de marzo, del ejercicio físico y del deporte de La Rioja
La aprobación la Ley 1/2015, de 23 de marzo, del ejercicio físico y del deporte de La Rioja ha puesto nuevamente de relieve la controvertida competencia autonómica en orden a la regulación de las llamadas profesiones deportivas o del deporte, cuestión ésta todavía no resuelta y que, sin embargo, adquiere una creciente dimensión en el panorama autonómico. La confrontación en la jurisdicción constitucional de estas normas con la competencia estatal en materia de profesiones tituladas y una eventual regulación estatal podrían así llegar, en un futuro, a dejar sin efecto aquéllas.
The passing of Law 1/2015 of the 23rd of March, on Physical Exercise and Sport in La Rioja brought forth once again the Autonomous Communities' controversial competence on sport professions. This is an issue that has not been settled yet, even if it is increasingly relevant for Autonomous Communities. The submission of the conflict between Autonomous Communities' regulation of sport professions and the State's competence on professions requiring an academic degree before the Constitutional jurisdiction, and additionally, an eventual State regulation on the subject could possibly leave all Autonomous Communities' regulation without effect.
