La lucha contra el terrorismo yihadista. Especial referencia al derecho de extranjería
El presente artículo de investigación trata de dar respuesta al fenómeno del terrorismo yihadista a través del Derecho de Extranjería. Para ello, se presenta el concepto de terrorismo yihadista, para entender en todo momento a qué no estamos refiriendo y a partir de ahí se realiza un análisis profundo, tanto de la legislación como de la jurisprudencia emanada del Tribunal Supremo y del Tribunal de Justicia de la Unión Europea en materia de extranjería.
The present research article tries to respond to the phenomenom of jihadist terrorism through the Foreign Law. For that, the concept of jihadist terrorism is presented, in order to understand at all times what we´re referring to and from that moment a thorough analysis is made both of the legislation and of the jurisprudence issued by the Supreme Court and the Court of Justice of the European Union in matters of foreigners.
