El presente estudio tiene por objeto analizar la legislación imperial que establece el principio de la irrevocabilidad de la venta realizada por el fisco, aun cuando la translatio dominii no vaya acompañada de la traditio, siempre que el comprador haya pagado el precio de la venta sub hasta.
The aim of the present study is the analysis of the imperial legislation, which stipulates the principle of the irrevocability of the sale carried out by the Treasury, even if the translatio dominii doesn’t go with the traditio, provided that the buyer had paid the price of the sale sub hasta.
