Algunas consideraciones sobre la condictio en Aristón
En el marco de una serie de estudios referentes a la condictio, se aborda en el presente trabajo el ámbito de aplicación de la condictio a finales del siglo I d. C. en las opiniones del jurista Aristón. Se realiza un análisis textual con sentido crítico aunque procurando no incurrir en prejuicios interpolacionistas.
As a part of a series of studies referring to the Condictio, this article deals with the field of application of the Condictio at the end of the first century a. C. in terms of the opinion of jurist Ariston. A textual and critical analysis is performed trying not to fall into interpolative prejudices.
