El derecho a la educación musical. Justificación y problemas actuales
El primer Seminario Internacional de Doctorado de EdelNet celebrado en Madrid entre los días 9 y 11 de diciembre de 2015, ofreció la oportunidad de intercambiar experiencias y proyectos de investigación de los doctorandos de las tres universidades participantes: Fern Universität in Hagen (Alemania), Open Universiteit (Holanda) y la Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (UNED) de España. Durante el transcurso de esas sesiones se presentó el proyecto de investigación que se expone en el presente artículo.
La “educación musical” ha cambiado significativamente a través de la historia, con importantes diferencias en su concepción legal. Se presenta un proyecto basado en la importancia capital de la música, con especial referencia a la situación actual de la educación musical en España, la adaptación al Espacio Europeo de Educación Superior (EEES), un estudio comparativo con otros países y la nueva concepción de la educación musical como Derecho constitucional, lo que justifica la universalidad de este concepto.
The first EdelNet International Seminar, held in Madrid between the 9th and 11th of December 2015, offered an opportunity to exchange experiences and investigation projects from the three participating universities: Fern Universitat in Hagen (Germany), Open Universiteit (Netherlands) and the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (UNED) of Spain. During these sessions, an investigation project, which is set out in the following article, was presented.
Music education has changed significantly throughout history, with important differences in its legal conception. A project, based on the idea of the capital importance of music, with specific reference to the current situation of music education in Spain, the adaptation to the European Higher Education Area (EHEA), a comparison with other countries and the new conception of music education as a constitutional right, is presented. The world-wide impact of this concept is justified.
