El notario como tercero de confianza

España, a través del Índice Único Informatizado, pone a disposición de las autoridades locales, municipales y del Estado, una cantidad ingente de información, que evita trámites a los particulares y facilita una gestión más eficiente de los impuestos. Según el estudio de DELOITTE para la Comisión Europea sobre la aplicación de la III Directiva de Prevención de Blanqueo se reconoció como “BEST PRACTICE OF ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING” al OCP notarial español, y recomendó a las autoridades de la Unión Europea implantar el sistema de OCP. Por su parte, el Consejo de la Unión Europea incluyó en 2014 la labor de OCP como modelo a exportar en la lucha contra la criminalidad económica organizada. El notario es imparcial por exigencia legal. Es libremente elegido por las partes, está a disposición de ambas y presta el asesoramiento certero e imparcial tanto a una como a otra.
