El artículo 199 de la Ley Hipotecaria en el marco de la coordinación Catastro-Registro

La Ley 13/2015, de 24 de junio, ha reformado la Ley Hipotecaria y el Texto Refundido de la Ley del Catastro Inmobiliario para reforzar los flujos de información entre las Notarías, el Catastro y el Registro de la Propiedad. Con el desarrollo que ha hecho la Dirección General del Catastro se establece una compleja coordinación técnica y gráfica desde el momento del otorgamiento de la escritura. Sin embargo, en el texto se critica la interpretación dada por la Dirección General de los Registros y del Notariado a los expedientes de coordinación gráfica y/o de rectificación descriptiva de fincas.

The Law 13/2015 dated 24 June has reformed the Mortgage Law and the Merged Text of the Law of Real Estate Registry in order to reinforce the flow of information between, Notaries, the Land Register and the Registrar of properties. With this development the Director General of the Registry has established a complex coordination both technical and graphic from the time of entry into the registry. However, in the text, the interpretation given by the General Directorate of Registrars and Notaries in the recording of graphic coordination and/or the descriptive rectification of farms is criticised.
