Los nuevos servicios de información catastral a los notarios para la ejecución de la Ley 13/2015

La Ley 13/2015, de 24 de junio, de reforma de la Ley Hipotecaria y del texto refundido de la Ley del Catastro Inmobiliario, ha puesto en marcha determinados procedimientos para alcanzar la tan ansiada coordinación entre el Catastro y el Registro de la Propiedad. En dichos procedimientos la labor de los notarios resulta esencial, y para ellos la Dirección General del Catastro ha puesto en funcionamiento, en colaboración con el Consejo General del Notariado, determinados servicios de intercambio de información entre ambas instituciones que servirán para dotar de mayor seguridad jurídica al tráfico inmobiliario y prestar un mejor servicio a los ciudadanos con un ahorro significativo de cargas administrativas.

Law 13/2015 dated 24 June, which reforms the Mortgage law and revises the text of the Law of the Real Estate Cadastre has implemented certain procedures to achieve the long awaited coordination between the Cadastre and the Land Registry. In such proceedings, the work of Notaries is essential and for them the Directorate General of the Land Registry has set up, in collaboration with the General Council of Notaries, certain services to exchange information between the two institutions. These procedures serve to provide greater legal certainty in the transfer of real estate and provide better service to citizens with significant savings in administrative burdens.
