El crédito inmobiliario y la subasta de atún en el mercado japonés de Tsukiji

La lenta tramitación del proyecto de Ley reguladora de los Contratos de Crédito Inmobiliario, en el momento de escribir estas líneas todavía en la Comisión de Economía, Industria y Competitividad, donde lleva desde principios de marzo, ofrece la oportunidad de examinar la visión que los distintos Grupos Parlamentarios tienen de la materia. Con independencia de cuál pueda ser el resultado final de la Ley, algunas de esas enmiendas resultan de gran interés, sobre todo porque revelan un curioso alineamiento con los intereses de algún colectivo.

The slow process involved in enacting the draft law regulating Mortgage Contracts, which at the time of writing is still being considered by the Committee for Economy, Industry and Competitiveness, in whose hands it has been since the beginning of March, provides an opportunity to examine the perspective that the various Parliamentary groups have of the subject. Regardless of the final result of the Law, some of these amendments are very interesting, particularly because they reveal an unusual degree of consistency with the interests of certain groups.
