El llamado Derecho al Olvido ha sido objeto de dos importantes hitos jurídicos en los recientes tiempos: el nuevo Reglamento de Protección de datos de la Unión Europea y la Sentencia de nuestro Tribunal Constitucional de 6 de junio de 2018. La protección concedida a dicho derecho va acotándose así en relación con el de la Información, en busca de un equilibrio no siempre equitativo.
The so-called Right to Oblivion has been the subject of two important legal milestones in recent times: the new Regulation on Data Protection of the European Union and the Judgment of our Constitutional Court of June 6, 2018. The protection granted to this right is limited to that of Information, in search of a balance that is not always equitable.
