El fin de la discriminación a los ciudadanos no comunitarios en el Impuesto sobre Sucesiones y Donaciones
La Jurisprudencia del Tribunal de Justicia de la Unión Europea y del Tribunal Supremo ha terminado con la discriminación hacia los ciudadanos extracomunitarios y que no podían disfrutar de las medidas fiscales dictadas por las Comunidades Autónomas, al mismo tiempo que ha establecido la posibilidad de que los bienes situados en países terceros puedan acceder a los beneficios fiscales estatales y autonómicos en el Impuesto sobre Sucesiones y Donaciones.
The jurisprudence of the Court of Justice of the European Union and the Supreme Court has ended with discrimination against non-EU citizens and who could not enjoy the tax measures issued by the Autonomous Communities, at the same time that it has established the possibility that the Assets located in third countries can access state and regional tax benefits in Inheritance and Donations Tax.
