¡Finalmente, se publica el Volumen 2 Número 1! Vale la pena la espera. Recibimos un gran apoyo para el nuevo estilo de la revista con una excepción: el formato de texto de tres columnas, que algunos encontraron difícil de leer. Este problema vuelve a un formato de dos columnas, que debería ser más agradable a la vista. Finally, Volume 2 Issue 1 is published! It is worth the wait. We received great support for the new journal style with one exception: the three columned text format, which some found difficult to read. This issue reverts to a two-columned format, which should be easier on the eye. In this issue, Carla Campanaro provides a case study of the illegal killing of Northern Bald Ibis (a protected bird species) in the context of the Italian legal system. Simon Brooman discusses the complex issue of sentience, including the difficulties encountered during the Brexit debates of last year. Jeanette Rowley, founder of the International Vegan Rights Alliance, explores how veganism could be promoted by the law and in turn, begin the deconstruction of speciesism.(...)
